  1. Bookings: All bookings will normally commence and finish on a Saturday. Exceptions may be made to this during off-peak seasons. Please contact us if you have special requirements.
  2. Occupation: The caravan must only be occupied by those people listed on the original booking form. We reserve the right to terminate without reccompense the occupation of anyone found not adhering to this condition.
  3. Booking Restriction: Caister Holiday Village' is a 'family site'. We regret that we cannot accept bookings from groups of young people or 'single sex' parties.
  4. Breakages: The caravan and it's contents are our own private property and we ask that you treat them with respect, as if they were your own. Breakages do happen, and if you break something, we ask that you replace the item ready for the next occupants. Most items can be easily purchased in the local shops.
  5. Damage: If damage is caused that you cannot rectify, please contact the camp reception as soon as possible so that the appropriate action can be taken. Note that you will be responsible for any charges incurred.
  6. Pet Policy: We are sorry, but considering the comfort of all our vistors, we do not allow pets in the caravan, with the exception of registered guide dogs. If you intend to bring a registered guide dog, then please inform us at the time of booking so that we can let the camp reception know.
  7. Departure: You should plan to vacate the caravan by 10:00 am on the last day of your holiday. You will be informed of the procedure for handing in the keys when you make your booking.
  8. Arrival: You should plan to arrive at the caravan for 16:00 pm on the first day of your holiday. This allows time for the caravan to be made made ready for you after the previous guests have left. You will be informed of the procedure for collecting keys and site activity passes when you make your booking.
  9. Cleanliness: Although the caravan is cleaned between bookings, we ask that you leave it in as clean and tidy condition as possible for the next occupants.
  10. Bedding: We provide mattress covers,duvets and pillows for all the beds.You will need to bring your own towels,sheets,duvet covers and pillow cases 
  11. If you have children that are likely to be incontinent at night, please make sure that you bring and fit waterproof covers for their mattresses. There is a Launderette on site to deal with unfortunate accidents with bedding.
  12. Parking: Parking is normally on the grass right next to the caravan. However it is known to rain in summer at the English  sea-side, so please respect any directions given by camp staff with regard to parking during bad weather.
  13. Security: Please ensure that you lock the doors and windows whenever you leave the caravan. We cannot be held responsible for any losses of your personal belongings. ( and we dont want to lose any of ours ! ) The site is patrolled 24 hours a day and their are cctv cameras, which are there for your security.
  14. Responsibilty: The 'Head of party'., on the booking form is responsible for all members of the party staying in the caravan and their behaviour on and around the site. Excessive noise or behaviour which annoys other visitors to the holiday village could result in you being asked to leave the site without any reccompense for the unused part of your holiday.
  15. Liablity: In order to complete your booking you must tick the box on the booking form to signify that you have read and agreed to the above conditions. In so doing you accept that the owners of the caravan, Tony and Yvonne Roberts are not liable in any way for personal injury to you or any member of your party however caused and are not liable for any loss or damage to any personal property or possessions of you or any of your party. We always recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance for the length of your holiday, to provide you with peace of mind.
  16. Payment: All bookings should be accompanied by a 25% deposit, and the balance of the total fee is then due 8 weeks before the beginning of the booking. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement, the full fee is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque - made payable to Mr A. J. Roberts -send cheque with a print out of your booking form.

     Your booking will be confirmed once the money has cleared at the bank.

  17. Data Protection: Note that we guarantee that any information which you give in regard to this booking will not be divulged or sold to any third party. The information is only used to make your booking with us and not for any other purpose.
